RITUAL
Add 2-5 tablespoons once you have filled the bath and are ready to climb in to ensure that the oils do not dissipate and their beneficial properties are not lost. Close the door to keep the precious aromas in and stay immersed for 20-30 minutes for maximum benefit. For days with extra stress or tension add 1/2 cup to bath.
